low-income seniors with help in the form of Food
Stamps, Medical Assistance, State Disability
Assistance, State Emergency Relief, and Home Help
Services. The Adult Protective Services Program
assists persons 18 years of age or older who have
been abused, neglected, or exploited and who are
unable to take the necessary steps to correct their
situation.
